DELIVERY – Orders are currently delivered two days after order is placed.  Orders must be received by 12 midnight. Some items may require a longer turn-around.

• Your order will arrive any time between 1pm and 5.30pm on your delivery day.
• Delivery is not guaranteed for any particular time during the day.
• Please let us know as soon as possible if your order has not arrived within the time frame.

INGREDIENTS – Please see individual products for ingredients and allergens. All products are made in our kitchen where nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, soya, eggs, milk and sesame seeds are all present.

PACKAGING – Doing our part to protect this lovely planet that we live on is very important to us and so all the packaging we use is fully recyclable and/or biodegradable. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION – We are legally obliged to send you an email to confirm that your order has been received and you may wish to print or save it for your future reference. 

REFUNDS – If you are not 100% happy with your order (and we very much hope that you are!) please contact us and we will be happy to issue a full refund on return of your goods. Please note we are unable to refund the cost of return postage.

CANCELLING AN ORDER – Due to the perishable nature of some of the products The Appledore Bakery will accept any cancelled orders prior to the goods being dispatched from the bakery. If you would like to discuss a cancellation please contact us at quoting your Name, Order Reference Number and the date of your order. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours.

A Contract between the customer and The Appledore Bakery for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro & Solo. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
