What we do
Our home, and where it all started from our tiny kitchen table and one Dutch oven, is in the small North Devon fishing village of Appledore. We now have a bakery and cafe in the neighbouring town of Bideford where we make, bake and serve traditional artisan sourdough bread and bagels.
Our cafe BREAD’s menu is based on our freshly baked products in a simple, toasty and wholesome way.
Our bread includes only five ingredients; : Flour, Water, Salt, Sea Air and Time. Betty, our starter, comes home to Appledore every evening to sit on our windowsill and soak up the sea air.
